REFURBISHMENT OF THE JAIME III HOTEL

A full remodelling of this urban hotel in order to adapt it to its new 4-star status.

The refurbishment contemplated the remodelling of the hotel’s public areas, the addition of a small SPA/Gym and a convention hall and the refurbishment of all of the rooms and their bathrooms by means of a full change of furniture.

The presence of black on coverings and furniture, in combination with the stainless steel and glass, becomes the leitmotif that accompanies viewers as they walk from the reception area to the rooms.
