1994. Member of the Organising Committee of the First International Forum of Tourism of Ibero-America and the Balearic Islands. Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

1995. Enters a partnership with the architect José Luis Pujol

1995. Coordinator manager of the First Architecture Workshop of the College of Architects of the Balearic Islands “Paisaje y Territorio: el espacio rural” [Landscape and Territory: the rural space] in Sencelles, Mallorca.

1995. Coordinator of the “First International Congress on Land Use Planning” of the Department of Public Works and Land Use Planning Balearic Government. Palma de Mallorca.

1996. Coordinator manager of the Second Architecture Workshop of the College of Architects of the Balearic Islands “Paisaje y Territorio: la vivienda rural” [Landscape and Territory: the rural dwelling].

By virtue of his record and professional experience, he specialises in the following areas: Sports facilities, swimming pools and water areas (SPAS), refurbishment of old and heritage buildings, railway installations, public buildings, urban areas (parks, gardens and public or private roads), office and administrative buildings, cultural centres and art galleries, commercial premises, hotel, tourist and complementary service buildings, residential buildings (both single-family and collective)

1999. Refurbishment of the “Groc i Blau” commercial premises in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. Selected for the FAD Awards for architecture.

2003. Contest for the refurbishment of the main building of the historical site of the Raixa houses in Mallorca, Spain. First prize.

2006. Contest for the refurbishment of the “La Petrolera” building in El Molinar, Palma. First prize.
