REFURBISHMENT AND EXPANSION OF THE GRAN FIESTA HOTEL

Refurbishing and expansion of an existing four-star hotel in the Bay of Palma.

This project involved the expansion of a new ground floor volume in order to accommodate the new bicycle tourism programme, this restructuring the main access to the hotel and equipping it with new terraces and outdoor areas.

In the different execution phases, changes were made to the foyer, the front rooms, the bathrooms of all the rooms; the hotel was equipped with a convention hall and a new solarium was created on the roof of the dining room
