The new building has a floor surface of 7,056.60 m2.
It is composed of eleven storeys: (semi-basement, ground floor and nine storeys).
The site where it is built is located in Cala Ratjada, Mallorca. The building is markedly triangular in its geometry, as a result on the one hand, of the shape of the site itself and, on the other hand, by the need to guarantee the best views from the hotel rooms and other premises.
The ensuing shape is that of a trihedron, composed of two volumes that join at the vertical communication core, and a plane that envelops them and closes the volume, creating an interior space of considerable dimensions, which, in the manner of a large atrium, organises all of the activities of the tourist establishment.
The lightness, the modulation and the patterned order of the room façades contrast with the strength and assertiveness of the façades of the vertical communication cores.
